Megan Bonifacino

Megan Bonifacino is a project management professional with 15+ years of experience leading complex initiatives across corporate and government sectors. Her career spans Kenvue (formerly Johnson & Johnson), where she managed stage-gate processes and coordinated Go-to-Market and Supply Chain launches, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, where she built innovation funnels and led resourcing and prioritization across Programs of Record for Corrosion Control, Energy, Ship Control, and Condition Based Maintenance.

She holds a PMP, an MBA, and an M.S. in Innovation Management from Temple University, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, and a Certified Master Mentor (CMM) through the International Mentoring Center.

Megan founded Off the Critical Path (OTCP), a consultancy specializing in mentorship program design and professional development, and serves as Mentorship Program Director for PMI San Diego, leading its Coaching Pods program.
