Jessica Sims has 14+ years of experience leading complex programs, enterprise transformations, and large-scale technology implementations. Her experience spans the full program and project lifecycle—from strategy, business case development, and planning through execution, governance, change management, deployment, and optimization.

Jessica has led cross-functional initiatives involving executive leaders, business teams, technology organizations, and external partners, with a focus on translating strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes. She brings practical experience in project governance, integration management, scope, risk and dependency management, stakeholder alignment, and organizational change. As an instructor, Jessica brings real-world experience into the classroom to help students understand not only project management frameworks and processes, but how to apply them when leading projects in complex organizations.
