Bill Slomanson

Distinguished Professor Emeritus, Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Author of twenty-eight books in Civil Procedure and International Law, plus dozens of journal articles, book reviews, and op-eds. He served in the American Society of International Law as: Editor of the UN21 Interest Group from 1992–2012; UN21 Interest Group Chair from 1995–2006; and is now a Corresponding Editor for International Legal Materials from 2007-present. He has lectured or taught courses in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Canada, China, Cuba, England, France, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Kosovo, Mexico, Nagorno Karabakh, Netherlands, Russia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, and various locations in the US.
