Michelle Matter

Michelle Matter serves as Chief Operating Officer for the SDSU Center for Excellence in Aging & Longevity (CEAL). With more than 25 years of experience in government, higher education, and the nonprofit aging sector, she focuses on caregiver training, intergenerational programs, and age-friendly community initiatives. Michelle holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership and a MA in Gerontology from USC, along with an MBA in healthcare management from LSU. She is passionate about advancing innovative, community-based solutions that improve the well-being of older adults.
