Dari DeSousa

Dari J DeSousa, PHR, is a dynamic HR leader, certified mediator, educator, and speaker with over two decades of experience in human resources, conflict resolution, and organizational development. She is the founder of DeSousa Professional Human Resources Group, where she provides expert consulting in HR strategy, leadership coaching, training, mediation, and workplace investigations.

Dari serves as a Program Advisor and Instructor at SDSU Global Campus since 2015, where she guides and educates emerging HR professionals.  Additionally, she is the Instructor for SDSU’s HTM Law. 

Her corporate leadership experience includes impactful roles with Marriott International, RAR Hospitality, and Hostmark Hospitality Group, where she led HR transformations, developed compensation strategies, and championed employee engagement initiatives.

As a certified mediator with the National Conflict Resolution Center, Dari facilitates workplace and community mediations and leads professional development groups for HR and mediation professionals. She is a frequent conference speaker on topics including employee engagement, ethical leadership, and talent development.
