Jessica Schulberg

Jessica is currently a part-time Spring Associate at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP in San Diego, working with the Corporate and Tax Team while pursuing her LLM in Taxation full-time at the University of San Diego School of Law. She’ll take a summer break to prepare for the California Bar Exam and continue her LLM studies in Fall 2025, with expected graduation in May 2026. She has been a licensed attorney in good standing in Wisconsin since 2016.

Jessica graduated with honors from Columbia University in 2004, earned a graduate degree from the London School of Economics in 2010, and completed her JD at the University of Arizona in 2016.

From 2017 to 2021, she served as an Active Duty Judge Advocate (JAG) in the U.S. Air Force, with assignments in South Carolina, Cuba, and the U.K. Most recently, she worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division of the Southern District of California (2021–2024).
