Tisha is a seasoned contract management professional with over 15 years of experience overseeing complex government and commercial contracts.  Tisha brings extensive expertise in proposal preparation, negotiation and contract management across domestic and international markets. 

Tisha holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is a National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Certified Professional Contract Manager.
