Scott McMillan

Scott McMillan is a San Diego State University alumnus and has been a biological consultant working in San Diego County for over 30 years.  Mr. McMillan has extensive experience working with San Diego County’s flora and habitats, with expertise on the rare, endangered, and endemic plant species that occur in our region.  As part of his experience and expertise, Mr. McMillan has conducted habitat restoration on many of San Diego County’s most sensitive habitats, including vernal pools, native grasslands, coastal sage scrub, among many others.
